How to measure your wrist length

Take an existing chain bracelet or a plain thread and wrap it around your wrist. Mark the point where it feels most comfortable, then measure the length in inches using a ruler or measuring tape. This measurement will help you choose the right size.

I’ve placed an order. How can I get an update?

Orders take 1–2 business days to process and 2–5 business days to deliver, depending on your pin code. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp/SMS.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping across India.

Who pays duties & taxes on international orders?

International duties and taxes are not included in the order value. Any applicable charges must be paid by the customer directly to the shipping carrier when the parcel reaches the destination country.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Most Rex Stones jewellery is ready to ship and typically takes 1–2 working days to prepare. Custom pieces may take 1–2 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally wherever postal services are available. Please contact us via WhatsApp for international order assistance.

Can I request a different material?

For custom material requests or pricing, please contact us via email.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer separate gift wrapping. However, all jewellery is carefully packed in our signature Rex Stones packaging. You may request a personal message, and we can include it as a handwritten note.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
