PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In case of pricing or typographical errors, Rex Stones reserves the right to cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund or store credit where applicable.

DISCOUNTS & SALE
Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional events may have different return or exchange conditions, which will be mentioned on the product page or offer terms. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will still be handled as per our Damaged / Incorrect Products policy.

PAYMENTS
Rex Stones reserves the right to accept only prepaid payments for certain high-value orders. Orders may be cancelled if payment verification fails.

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation requests may not be accepted. If a cancellation request is raised before dispatch, Rex Stones may issue a refund or store credit equivalent to the product value, excluding shipping charges where applicable.

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
Rex Stones reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, quality concerns, verification failure, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded or issued as store credit where applicable.

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
Rex Stones offers 7-Day Easy Returns & Exchange for eligible products from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase. Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers may be eligible for a refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit as applicable.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit where applicable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–72 business hours. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or statutory clearances. International duties and taxes are payable by the customer.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
By using the Site, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, or electronic records related to your orders and account.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site and Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rex Stones shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Products.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
