Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or invoice is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Gift cards or store credit purchases
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit where applicable.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
